On the Western corner of the junction of the A49 with B4521. The location was referred to as "Old Turnpike" in 1815 ie decommissioned, and "Old Pike" in 1898. The 1903 25 inch map shows an footprint substantially as today. The 1859 map would indicate a smaller property, so this building is unlikely to be the original Toll House.
