Group of shops and offices, by Heaton, Ralph and Heaton. It appears to be a single development but was built in three stages. The corner and the three left-hand gables (26-32) date from 1904, the next single gable unit (34) dated 1905 and the right hand pair (36-38) dated 1906. The three sections are separately all Listed Grade II.
