The present Georgian hall was built between 1714 and 1720 by John Greame, with later extensions added on through the years. It loosely passed down the generation of the family until 1934, when it was sold to Bridlington Corporation. It was used by the RAF in World War II as a hospital and convalescent home. Between 2012 and 2014 a large renovation project was carried out on the hall. Grade I Listed Building
