Formerly Albion Brewery. The present buildings date from c1860, probably by E.N. Clifton for Mann, Crossman & Paulin. The right-hand block was offices and stores. The decorative gable dates from additions c1902. Grade II listed. The brewery closed in 1979 and the buildings were largely converted to housing in the early 1990s.
