A bridleway runs from here near Flaxby Grange level crossing along the fence of an industrial unit, then through woodland. The bridleway was difficult going. A letter from North Yorkshire County Council (dated 28/10/2022) was posted at each end of the bridleway asking for information from anyone with interest in Flaxby Covert.
