According to published plans https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/378317/C221-MMD-CV-DPP-010-203500.pdf the Ickenham Stream appears to retain a course beneath both the Chiltern main line and HS2 while the footpath beside it is diverted and will cross HS2 by a footbridge. The photo shows the route closed where it meets The Greenway, a residential cul-de-sac south of the Chiltern line. On the fingerpost the brown signs indicate the Hillingdon Trail; the blue sign indicates Public Footpath U81. The indications are that this space will be re-opened on completion of the works: the path will rejoin the stream. A wider view, from the opposite direction, is Image Photo number 7505603.
