Looking north (and up) across the A456 Hagley Road near The Plough Hotel. The New Garden Square development, promises "new offices, apartments, shops, cafes and restaurants set around an attractive public garden square, together with car parking and soft landscaping" (according to their website). https://newgardensquare.co.uk/
