Eglwys Llanwenllwyfo Church

Image: © Eric Jones Taken: 1 Apr 2008

This church was built through the generosity of Gertrude, Lady Dinorben, of Llysdulas to replace the simple medieval church of the same name Image The fine stained glass windows came from the Carthusian Monastery of Louvain in Belgium. Llanwenllwyfo must be the only Protestant Church in the world to have a window depicting Pope Adrian VI being welcomed into heaven by the Holy Roman Emperor.
