A feature of Milton Keynes is the network of dedicated cycle and pedestrian paths that are designed to avoid conflicts with road traffic. To achieve that there are a large number of underpasses like this one under Chaffron Way. Concrete and functional, they are pretty unattractive and the graffiti doesn't help but they are a better alternative to crossing roads on the level.
