House on the corner of Strawberry Lane and Mill Lane, built c.1685 for Josias Dewey (or Dewye), owner of the nearby gunpowder mill on the River Wandle. In 1954 it became home to Carshalton Baptist Church, who in 1969 added an extension on the side, which was then rebuilt and enlarged in 1996, as partially seen on the left of the building. The remainder of the building, having been used as a conference entre for a number of years, now serves as the sixth form campus of Greenholm School, an independent special needs school. Grade II listed - see https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1065632?section=official-list-entry.
