Described in its 1983 Grade II listing https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1367439 & https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101367439-aston-manor-chetwynd-aston-and-woodcote#.ZFkJC3bMLIU as dating from around the early 18th century; it has been altered over the years but the rear staircase apparently retains one of the original newel posts with its finial.
