This photo shows four preserved buses taken at an Open Day that was held at Romford Bus Garage to mark seventy years of operation. They are from left to right: i) Stagecoach 34221 (W221 DNO) a 2000 Dennis Dart SFD with Plaxton Pointer 2 thirty- seater bodywork in the former Stagecoach blue livery. ii) Stagecoach 34366 (LV52 HGC) a 2002 Transbus Dart SFD with Transbus Pointer 29-seater bodywork in the Stagecoach London red livery. iii) London Transport BL88 (OJD 88R) a 1977 Bristol LH6L with Eastern Coachworks 39- seater bodywork. iv) London Transport RF537 (NLE 537) a 1954 AEC Regal IV with Metro-Cammell 39-seater bodywork. To the left of the photo can just be seen London Transport RM 1843 (843 DYE) an AEC Routemaster R2RH with Park Royal 64-seater bodywork dating from 1964.
