Romsey Abbey churchyard cross

A celtic style cross in the churchyard to the north of Romsey Abbey (Abbey Church of St Mary and St Ethelflaeda), built in 1908 by the vicar of the abbey in memory of a brother and sister who died of pneumonia in 1907. The inscriptions on the base of the cross read "A.D. 1908; DILECTISSIMIS; SORORI; FRATRI", meaning well beloved; sister; brother".
