Currently under construction, 215 Andover Road was The Old Bell pub. It was put up for sale in 2020. It sits on the corner of one of the mini roundabouts between Andover Road, Monks Lane and Essex Street. It is being converted into a veterinary practice with accommodation above. There has been some progress in the last two months, with foundations for an extension laid to the rear, the steel frame structure built at the rear, and the roof taken down.
