A two-car Class 158 diesel multiple unit calls at Invergordon station, on Scotland's Far North Line. The train is operating from Wick to inverness. The Far North Line is single track, but some stations have double track (known as a passing loop) to enable trains to pass each other. The train in this image is waiting for one in the opposite direction to arrive, so that it can proceed onto the single track ahead.
