To the left is the River Lambourn, at the south end of Bagnor. The road is Bagnor Road, which is part of the route of the Lambourn Valley Way, a recreational route with 20 miles of footpaths from Whitehorse Hill Image] near Uffington in Oxfordshire to Newbury in Berkshire, connecting the Ridgeway with the Kennet valley.
