Part of a residential development off Turton Road in Bradshaw, Bolton. The houses were built on farmland supposedly protected by a covenant drawn up in 1934 between the land owner and the local authority, but after protracted legal disputes the High Court set aside the covenant and to much local dismay the housing estate was built.
