Sweet Chutney?

I thought that this blue plastic container had presumably been recycled to provide a feed dispenser for livestock or possibly pheasants, as it looks a bit incongruous here on the hill slope. However I am assured that it is a genuine pheasant feeder, and that pheasants apparently go for 'rum and raisin' and 'sweet chutney' flavours. Thanks to Stan Howe for that fascinating nugget of information.
