The sales information centre at Shaw Valley, a new housing estate to the north of Vodafone HQ in Newbury. The building is designed cleverly as it will not need to be demolished when the homes are all sold: the existing footprint will be split into garages for 6 and 8 (8 will be built on the gravel car park) Woodlark Road, with the patio doors being replaced with garage doors.
