Two Notices inside the Driving Test Centre, Lichfield

These two notices which have been produced by the Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency, are located inside the entrance to the test centre in Sandford Gate. They have the following wording: Left notice REVERSE PARKING ON QUEEN ST/WALSALL ROAD PLEASE COULD ALL ADI'S NOT USE THIS AREA FOR PRACTISING REVERSE PARKING LATELY THERE HAS BEEN AN INCREASE IN ADI'S BLOCKING THIS AREA FOR EXAMINERS, AND THEN NOT MOVING ON TO ALLOW TESTS TO CONTINUE THERE HAVE RECENTLY BEEN 2 SERIOUS INCIDENTS WHERE ONE EXAMINER WAS VERBALLY ABUSED BY AN ADI, AND ANOTHER EXAMINER RESORTED TO SOUNDING THE HORN TO PREVENT AN ADI ALLOWING THEIR PUPIL TO REVERSE INTO THE TEST CAR THESE TYPES OF INCIDENT ARE UNACCEPTABLE, AND MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE. THEY WILL IF NECESSARY BE REPORTED TO "INSTRUCTORCONDUCT@ DVSA.GOV.UK" PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO PRACTISE THANK YOU Right notice Customer Notice Industrial action may affect services at some test centres from 13th December 2022 If a test does not go ahead, we'll let you know, and we'll automatically reschedule the test. You do not need to do anything. If your test were booked through a third party, it's their responsibility to keep you informed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
