Castle House was completed in 2017, allowing Newark & Sherwood District Council to move its headquarters out of Kelham Hall, which it had occupied since 1974, into this new building. Outside a curious amalgam of a union flag and a Ukrainian flag, called a Ukrainian Friendship Flag, flutters in the breeze.
