A large portion of Bayer House, a disused office building in Newbury. A planning permission application to convert the building into a block of 191 flats was approved in October 2018, and is currently going through the planning process for the external appearance of the building to be altered as part of the conversion. I wonder if they'll keep the tree in the disabled parking bay.
