Home of Bonnyrigg Rose, here playing East Fife (tartan shirts). The pitch has a very striking slope with the northwest corner much higher than most of the playing surface. The tactical approaches to the hill in the corner differed - East Fife stayed well away, while the home side used time honoured artillery tactics and often attacked the goal from above, avoiding the worst of the gradient by moving the ball along the touchline or playing a long ball. The match finished 1-1.
