Grade II Listed as "Stitch-In-Time and Rosemary's Fruit Shop" probably 17th century with 18th century alterations. Prior to Cotswold Antiques Phoenix Clothing Outlet was here (at least 2009-2014). A number of other businesses are thrown up at this address but there seems to be an element of confusion on numbering in Victoria Street. The building has been one and two retail units, presumably 2 in 1983 when listed (Stitch-In-Time & Rosemary's Fruit Shop) then in the planning files; removal of the party wall in 1995 and sub division again in 2008. It is again one shop in 2023.
