Category B listed http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB37399 building on High Street, Linlithgow. It is now named in honour of Tam Dalyell, the former local Member of Parliament from 1962 to 2005 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tam_Dalyell. It was built in 1935 as the County Buildings for West Lothian Council. It currently houses the Council's Linlithgow Partnership Centre, which includes Linlithgow Library, Customer Information Services, Local History Library, Family History Society, Linlithgow Heritage Trust and Linlithgow & District Community Day Care Centre. Police Scotland also have space in the building.
