A very fine house of 1776 when it was built for William Vann, the county High Sheriff. Good doorcase set in the central bay which is set back in a blind arch. Grade II* listed. It was for sale for £850,000 at an unspecified date, probably within the last ten years. A staggering price for anyone used to London prices.
