Grade II Listed late 19th century house. Currently (2023) described as a "five-bedroom Georgian Guest House" that is in fact eight bedroom, a total of 5,849 sq. ft. and is just in the early 18th style. A building of the same footprint is shown on the 1884 OS map. Despite its grandeur, the occupant doesn't seem to be listed in the 1897 and 1914 Kelly's directory. In 1990 the garage was converted to and antiques gallery. Conversion to full residential use was approved in 2005. Then in 2009 change of use of ground floor room from residential to A1 (retail) was granted only to be changed again in 2011 to commercial Bed and Breakfast. It changed again in 2014 to residential to be changed back in 2018 to "8-bed dwelling with staff flat to Bed and Breakfast with 8 guest bedrooms and manager's flat".
