House at 98 High Street. It was first shown on the 1898 6 inch map when it was the lodge to Bembridge Lodge, but on the 1908 25 inch a new building, named Old Garth on later maps, is shown on the eastern section of the grounds of Bembridge Lodge utilising part of the driveway and so acquiring this as its lodge.
