An early 18th century building, possible earlier core, which has apparently hosted the same (furnishings & upholstery) business since 1813. It was originally built as a house, but the shop frontage dates from the establishment of the business. Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101270840-19-frankwell-shrewsbury & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1270840 in 1953.
