A mock Tudor, half-timbered building, dating from 1933 on the corner of Vicar Street and Princes Street, with ground floor shops and accommodation above. It was badly damaged by fire in 2001 and the roof and interiors were replaced. It is Category C listed http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB48693.
