Linksview House was built between 1964 and 1967 in the New Brutalism style and comprises eleven storeys which provide a total of 98 flats. It was designated a Category A listed building in 2017. The listing description states that it "is among the best of Scotland's post-war mass urban housing schemes and ... is among the most accomplished architecturally".
