If you have to ask the price on an apartment here, you can't afford one! The only clue is the banners which mention "prices from £470K". There was a political row when the developers were allowed to buy themselves out of the normal Cambridge requirement that major new developments include 40% "affordable" (i.e. sensibly priced rented or shared equity) housing.
