Office building at 25 Skeldergate and overlooking the River Ouse. It was completed in 1990, designed by David Chapman Associates. Originally named Albion Wharf after the warehouses and other wharf buildings it replaced, it now houses the headquarters of LNER (the operator of trains on the East Coast Main Line), hence the name. The boat moored on the river would appear to be a former Thames pilot boat.
