The building dates back to the 18th century, although the shopfront is rather more modern. It was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101359907-50-eastgate-louth#.Y9rLaXbP3IU & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1359907 in 1974, and is considered part of a group with the two properties immediately to its right Image & Image
