A 15th-century barn that is Grade II* listed, the building currently sits derelict. However, from the late 1960s to 2019, it was in the possession of Hemel Hempstead School, which repurposed it into a music department. Following the construction of a new North Block in 2019, the music department was moved into there, leaving the barn empty.
