Destroyed by fire in October 2013, it was hoped to restore the build and continue to use it as a community centre; unfortunately attempts to fund the restoration were unsuccessful and it was put up for sale in 2022. I don't think the cones, barriers etc. are anything to do with the building, but some other roadworks.
