Round the corner from the Weston Lane plaque is this one where Billams Hill becomes Newall Carr Road near Newall Avenue. The third of the 3 known plaques north of the River Wharfe, this one shows the weathering from passing traffic and has not yet been cleaned. It is set very low down near the pavement. It is Grade II listed 1313355. All 3 of the Otley plaques are in the same listing.
