One of three pubs in Sarratt, the Cricketers is part of the Brunning & Price chain. It is made up of three separate buildings constructed at different times and one part was at one time a Quaker meeting house. A beer house was established here in the 1840s which gradually expanded to incorporate all three buildings; the first known reference to the Cricketers name was in the 1871 census.
