This is a firm of "Consulting Engineers", they were very busy during the drought years between 1990 and 1994 and provided the engineering input to a number of subsidence claims in Hull and the surrounding area. Many properties are built in silty clay which is sensitive to moisture levels. The combination of re-lined drains, mature woodland trees, and a lack of rain created a lot of engineering work.
