Considered likely to be early 18th century with subsequent alterations, and the original brick frontage has been rendered at some stage in the past. It was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101247160-talbot-house-shrewsbury#.Y8j8U3bP02w & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1247160 in 1953.
