"The pioneer building of Arts and Crafts radicalism in Birmingham" was built in 1897-98 to the designs of Arthur Dixon. Originally the Guild of Handicrafts. Recurring motifs are the gables, small-paned casements and arched window-heads. Grade II* listed.
