With their origins as houses in the 18th century, these two properties have more recently been converted for commercial use. They were collectively Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101359885-81-and-83-eastgate-louth#.Y7_JkXbP02w & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1359885 in 1974.
