No 97 on Eastgate is an 18th century, 3-storey town house with a more modern shopfront insertion, which was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101063262-97-eastgate-louth#.Y7_D3HbP02w & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1063262 in 1974. The shopfront is described therein as 'unsympathetic', which seems fair.
