The building is described as early-mid 19th century, with a (probably) original shopfront to no 114 on the left and a more recent version to 116 on the right. The whole place was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101063254-114-and-116-eastgate-louth#.Y7sIKnbP3IU & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1063254 in 1974.
