A photo from our family archive, when this house was owned by a now long-gone relative on my father's side. It shows the mother of the family in the garden of the house around the early part of the 20th century. Exact date of the photo is not recorded on its rear, but there are other 'family-group' pictures of the same era and on similar card mounts which are dated in/around 1910, so I'm assigning it to that year in the absence of better information. Google Streetview suggests that the house still stands, although the left-hand wing with its gable seen here no longer exists, and the shape of the upper window in the right-hand gable has been completely changed.
