This is in the Windsor Avenue Playing Fields. Even on a Christmas Day morning just before midday, when the sun was struggling to break through the clouds, this clump of dogwood at the edge of the woodland appeared quite spectacular. I do not know exactly what variety it is. I'll be back in the early summer to get another image (I hope).
