Built in 2007/8 as a "walk-in health centre", open 8.00am to 8.00pm every day of the year, including Christmas Day. However, after a few years, it was decided the walk-in facility was being abused by some people, so it became appointment only for registered patients, open weekdays until 6.00pm. The main pedestrian entrance is on New Otley Road, with the vehicular entrance on Butler Street West.
