Part of the development of the village by William Mellish around 1800. The Gothick window frames were probably the work of Joshua Walker, the Rotherham ironfounder who purchased Blyth Hall in 1806. Listed Grade II. The Pevsner volume suggests it was built as the rectory, although the Old Vicarage https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/7365678 on High Street is an older house.
