An unusual new use for one of the tiny isolated former telephone exchanges which dot the countryside. In recent years, this has apparently been converted into holiday accommodation by the addition of a mezzanine floor with dormer window, and a conservatory-style extension to the rear. Obviously occupied at the time of imagery, despite it being well outside the holiday season, as a car was parked outside and a generator was running (presumably no mains electric supply).
