A block of flats on the corner of Turners Hill Road and Balcombe Road. The Balcombe Road - Turners Hill Road junction together with the Balcombe Road - Worth Road junction were being resurfaced, spread over several nights. All four directions were blocked to traffic. This road was consequently quiet, apart from the few hopefuls who had to turn round and find another way.
